SGT200-1S Fault Diagnosis – EPS called in to assist with a new spurious fault

EPS were recently called to assist with fault finding on an SGT200-1S which had developed a spurious fault which the current company supporting had not been able to progress. After a trip offshore to gather some initial data and carry out some diagnosis, our engineer left the operating team with more information available should the unit trip again. By setting up detailed logs and setting specific triggers within the Rustronic MKII datalogger, the issue can be pinpointed. Further remote analysis is now on-going using various techniques.
