RT23100 SGT200 Ignitors overhauled – New 3D printed protection cover supplied

EPS can overhaul and remanufacture the RT23100 retractable ignitors for the SGT 200 and others in the range of engines. We carry the piston seals in stock and, using our machine shop, can manufacture spares as required.

New ignitor units are then fitted to the retraction assembly.

This is followed by a full OEM specification test using our designated test rig.

Once this is complete we use a 3D printed screw-on cover to make sure that they arrive in perfect condition and can be stored safely. The 3D cover has been designed and printed in-house using our commercial 3D printer.
