• Rustronic MKII Architecture
  • History of the MKII
  • Loading and Saving Operations
  • Adjusting parameters
  • Saving parameter/ setpoint files
• Rustronic Fault finding & Interrogation
  • Hands on fault finding with MKII controls rack & IDS PC
  • Interpreting engineering drawings
  • Understanding instrumentation tags
  • Understanding alarms and system annunciation
• HMI Mimic overview
  • Start sequence
  • Stop sequence
  • How to access and interpret trend data
  • Set up trends, pen sets, data logging.
• Operation and maintenance
  • Compressor Wash and Condition Monitoring
  • Open forum to discuss any operation specific issues

Equipment

All equipment is provided at our locations to accommodate work stations and tooling/test equipment for 2-6 people. Workstations will be set up to gain practical hands on experience with the Rustronic MKII control system. In addition the HMI can be used along with our Bently Nevada 3500 condition monitors.

Venues

Training can be hosted in our new purpose built training hub in Lincoln, at our Loughborough & Zaragoza offices, or remotely on site on request. Parking is available at all EPS sites, with refreshments provided.

Pricing

Pricing is £350 per delegate. Minimum 2, Maximum 6.
