New SGT200 burner changeout kit supplied swiftly to Africa

EPS recently created a SGT200 burner changeout kit for a customer in Africa. The kit contained all the shims and gaskets in a handy case to make the job of burner changes easier. We also do a second kit complete with a digital vernier with a special depth attachment to allow direct measurement of the swirler depths, burner lengths and shim thicknesses. This is along with a copy of our spreadsheet which details how to do the measurements, then calculating the required shims.

SGT200-1S & SGT200-2S

The rugged and compact SGT-200 gas turbine is available as a single-shaft version for power generation (SGT200-1S), and as a twin-shaft turbine for mechanical drive (SGT200-2S). The gas turbine operates with various gaseous and liquid fuels. It provides high efficiency and an excellent power-to weight ratio and is available as a factory-assembled package. The SGT-200 gas turbine combines simple design with state-of-the-art technology and is ideally suited for use, for example, as a compressor drive.
