EPS Supply Siemens SGT200 Exhaust and Stand

Our customer asked us to supply a Siemens SGT200 Turbine Exhaust Diffuser along with a stand which would allow the exhaust to be easily transported. We met with the customer to define the workscope and ensure all requirements were met, including forklift pockets on both sides to allow easy movement. Once the workscope was confirmed we set about designing and manufacturing a stand in-house which enables the exhaust to be transported in the correct orientation for installation. The majority of the new high temperature/corrosion resistant Durehete and nickel plated nuts and bolts were held in stock with the remaining items obtained from an approved supplier. Delivery was by dedicated vehicle direct to site ahead of schedule. The main benefit of the stand is that it removes the need for complicated lifts offshore thus reducing installation time.
